Directions: Think of a song that you like that uses a lot of figurative language - the example I used in class was “Sleepyhead” by Passion Pit. You are going to create a PowerPoint/Google Slides presentation that breaks down all the figurative language in your song. You will present your song, and break down the lyrics. You must include at least 4 of the following (bonus points if you include more): simile, metaphor, hyperbole, idiom, personification, alliteration, allusion, synecdoche, anaphora, assonance, consonance, onomatopoeia, and imagery. Please remember to bold your answers or change them into a different color.
