Please complete the 12/7 & 12/8 Bell Ringer.
Read They Called Us Enemy: Pages 109-147 and complete Annotations #4.
Directions: You will select two of the following prompts to respond to with one 8-sentence body paragraph each after we read TCUE: Pages 109-147.
BODY PARAGRAPH #1: GROUP
Directions: You will write Body Paragraph #1 with your table. Each person will be assigned a different portion of Body Paragraph #1 to complete.
Step One: With your table, select one prompt from TCUE: Pages 109-147 to respond to together.
Step Two: As a group, decide how to answer the prompt. Write this in the box labeled “Answer Brainstorm.”
Step Three: Look at the available jobs below and assign each person at your table a different job. Write each person’s name next to their corresponding job on the poster.
Step Four: Complete your assigned job and write it on the poster.
Step Five: After everyone has completed their job and the poster contains a complete 8-sentence body paragraph, write your completed 8-sentence body paragraph on the graphic organizer.
BODY PARAGRAPH #2: INDIVIDUAL
Directions: After you have written Body Paragraph #1 with your table, please select one other prompt to respond to with an 8-sentence body paragraph you write by yourself. These body paragraphs will be processed by a plagiarism checker, so ensure you are not turning in the same Google Doc as your group!
