   • Directions: Complete columns 1-3 while viewing the Characters & Symbols PowerPoint. Then complete columns 4-9 while reading Animal Farm. You will turn this assignment in AFTER we have completed reading the entire novel.

     We will complete these notes over 2 days.

2. Begin the Animal Farm: Chapter 1 Assignment. We will finish Part 2 (“Old Major’s Speech”) next class period.
